Position: Head HR, IR and Administration(VP/Sr. VP)
Qualification: Full time MBA preferred
Industry: Any (Real estate and Construction would be added advantage)

Essentials
- MBA in HR with 18 plus years of relevant HR / IR exposure, possess good domain knowledge in labour laws / statutory compliance
- Should have led a team
- Should possess good exposure in HR operations in a large set-up, managing large workforce
Role objective :
- Plan and execute HR process and policies related to employee life cycle for the region
- Provide HR process inputs for automation of HR activities, monitor time and payroll activities
- Maintain relationship and alignment with leadership on HR issues, assist in planning and roll-out of employee engagement programs, co-facilitate on-boarding, mentor team with the objective of ensuring a swift turnaround time for HR processes and services, driving a culture of performance and improving HR experience of employees.
