Design, monitor, implement, improve and control processes for transaction flow 2. Facilitate the smooth flow of transactions across different functions. (Finance/customer service/collections/credit) 3. Provide back end support for end to end transaction processing 4. Defined processes/SLA where ever it is not defined through projects. 5. Cash and bank reconciliation. 6. Co-relate/ measurement of Operations dept. with business goals. 7. Review and assure adherence to SLA &amp; TAT Norms 8. Support HR on Manpower Planning &amp; Budgeting for the department 9. Regulatory Process compliance/ consistency 10. Cost management, revenue optimization and risk management programs 11. Bank Limit management. 12. Courier and cheque pick up agencies selection &amp; performance review 13. Training/Mentoring resources to the next level 14. Process design and monitoring programs for vendors and channel partners 15. MIS / Decision Support System design/Dashboard Functional Competencies: 1. Systems knowledge and high proficiency level in Microsoft office utilities - Excel &amp; Word, internet &amp; email 2. High systems orientation required 3. MIS Generation/ Analytics capability 4. Daily EOD Sign Off 5. Recon of transactions 6. Experience/ insights in systems testing 7. Monthly Reports Generation and process writing 8. Maintaining daily error log - sheets 9. Preparing Budgets and Planning Behavioral Competencies: 1. leadership/ Team handling skills- Leadership by virtue of personality and not position. 2. Influencing and networking skills with internal and external customers/ vendors/banking partners 3. Persuasive style of functioning, not coercive/ authoritative. 4. Strong Customer Orientation 5. Problem solving/trouble shooting ability should be very high 6. Strategic/ systematic thinking ability - highly innovative 7. Good communication skills 8. Down to earth,adaptable and flexible.
