Job Description :
1. The role of dark store Head Operations will lead the end-to-end operations of Dark store Order fulfilment.
2. Lead all aspects of dark store operations including but not limited to inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, and employee engagement.
3. Managed the Pan India Dark Store Operations by building a Team of City Managers & Zonal Managers.
4. Manage all aspects of rider's operations pertaining to deliveries, including but not limited to rider planning, onboarding, QMS, productivity, training and engagement, & inventory hygiene.
5. Lead and execute the dark store capacity planning with respect to infrastructure and manpower.
6. You will contribute towards development and implementation of SOPs.
7. Build culture of continuous improvement through lean practices, Gemba Kaizen and other productivity improvement tools.
8. Ensure Dark Store Quality Control, Manpower Training & Development & overall hygiene of the Store.
9. Institutionalize the processes to delivery strong customer experience - Work cross functionally with peers who will empower you to do your best work

11. Should have his/her own commute for field visits & should be well versed in the Local Language.
Mandate : A Top Management graduate of batches 2012-14 or a Top Engineering Graduate (IIT/NIT/BITS) of Batches 2008-2011
