Legal Head-AVP

CRITICAL ACTIVITIES:

- Drafting, vetting and execution of Transaction Documents within the timelines set by the Business Development Team /Clients for Debenture issuances, Security Trustee transaction, Project Finance, Securitisation, Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds alternate investment fund and other funds, intellectual property rights and other products.

- Experience in drafting and vetting of documents.

- Ensuring legal compliances.

- Knowledge of Company law, Trust law and Contract Act.

- Experience in banking law will be welcome.
