Recognised by world economic forum, TIME, Microsoft, Nasscom and others for being innovative.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  HR Business Partner role with the overall responsibility to attract, engage and retain the best talent and in the process build a vibrant work environment that establishes the organizaton as a talent magnet for the top technical talent.  1) Be a business partner and key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met.   2) Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate.   3) Focus on identifying and developing a network of top technical talent across the industry. Be a talent scout at all times and attract the best.   4) Creatively apply strong business acumen with strong inter-personal skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives.   5) Identify and engage the best vendor partners to ensure business objectives are met.   THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT :  You will have 7-10 years of experience with exposure of working with very senior stakeholders, from a technology set up. Experience with startup or a eCommerce company will be a big plus. Passionate about recruitment and a good experience as a HR Generalist. The ability to work independently to deliver business objectives is key for this role.
