Head/AVP - Finance - CA - Consulting

Responsibilities of Position include but not limited to:

- Analyzing monthly financial performance and effectively reporting information to leadership team.

- Effectively manage expenses and budget allocations.

- Coordinate the development of the annual operating plan.

- Developing monthly forecasting and other MIS and reporting it to the Management.

- Ensuring maintenance of financial records in compliance with applicable laws.

- Handling audits such as Statutory, Internal, Transfer Pricing & Tax Audit) and respond appropriately to auditor requests.

- Ensuring compliance to rules and regulations including taxation.

- Developing, documenting, and Continuously improving business policies and procedures

- Dealing with Tax Authorities and other regulators.

- Dealing with investors for reporting and potential investors for due diligence

- Liaise with bankers to develop relationship, identify project funding requirements, raising working capital, Capex/Opex and appropriate funding options, ensure documentation requirements for banking.

Key Attributes of a successful applicant:

- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of relevant experience

- Strong People Management skills
