We are looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on leader for our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company and will provide strategic financial input to senior management. The Finance head will play a key role in AOP preparation, financial planning and taking ownership of all financial metrics, aligning closely with respective business heads. On top of this the role will include overseeing the overall accounting process, developing and implementing policies &amp; procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company What You'll Do: 1. Financial planning/budgeting - Execute Financial Strategy of the Company 2. Working with business teams on goal tracking, CM calculations and complete P&amp;L management 3. Preparing Board Presentations / Updates - Supporting CEO with the Preparations. Internal &amp; External Stakeholder management - working with leadership team across business, sales, HR, product &amp; marketing and coordination with the finance team of Strategic Investor. 4. Management of financial risks - Clearly &amp; Effectively Communicating potential risks in a timely manner 5. Financial reporting (MIS) &amp; Data Analytics around different Business Units 6. Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation - Coordinate and produce all taxation documentation as required 7. Manage Financial Controls &amp; Accounting Procedures 8. Managing Legal Compliances pertaining to Financial matters 9. Successfully Managing Internal &amp; Statutory Audits 10. Setting up Finance Processes and Vendor Management 11. Leading &amp; Mentoring a team of finance professional What You'll Need: 1. Qualification: Must have: MBA in Finance. Preferred Qualification: CA, CFA, ICWA, CS, Corporate Law as additional qualifications 2. 8-10 yrs. of experience post Masters across different Finance verticals or leading Finance function for a high growth company 3. Result Oriented 4. Problem Solver 5. Strategic Thinker &amp; Planner 6. Team Management and Exceptional Communication Skills
