Job Title : Head ESG-AVP Level

Reporting to : Director

Experience : 12-22 Years

Education : Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute.

Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG professional to join our fast-growing Beverages company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing environmental, social, and governance initiatives and related technical expertise that align with the company's value sand strategic objectives including driving the overall Sustainability agenda . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the F&B industry's best practices and regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Company's ESG strategy, policies, and initiatives to drive sustainability, social impact, and good governance.

- Monitor and report on Company's ESG performance against relevant benchmarks and targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, investors, and NGOs, to foster partnerships and build a strong ESG network.

- Conduct ESG risk assessments and advise on potential risks and opportunities that could impact the company's reputation, financial performance, and social license to operate.

- Lead and support ESG-related projects, such as carbon footprint reduction, GHG emission & Climate change, Food & packaging waste management, Water stewardship, Ethical and sustainable sourcing, Third-party verification, Occupational Safety, diversity and inclusion, ethical labour practices, and community engagement.

- Ensure compliance with ESG regulations, standards, and reporting requirements, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.

- Stay up-to-date with ESG trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the organization to drive continuous improvement

Candidate Details :

- Minimum of 12-22 years of ESG experience in the F&B industry, with a track record of successfully implementing ESG strategies and programs.

- Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute.

- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize ESG risks and opportunities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute ESG-related projects from start to finish.

- Passionate about sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical business practices, with a strong sense of purpose and drive to make a positive impact.
