Head - Auto Finance Business - NBFC/Bank

Our client is a leading MNC with strong global presence in auto finance business and offices across all major geographies. They are now looking to set up and grow their business in India with focus on enhancing customer experience in auto lending space. They are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in auto loan/ commercial vehicle lending space with a large bank or NBFC to join their business in a leadership role.

Reporting into Country Manager, you would be responsible for driving business strategy, review business plan and create a high performing team for the auto lending business along with managing relationship with all key stakeholders like regulators and global teams.

You would be responsible to drive profitable growth along with building a healthy credit portfolio. You would also be responsible to set up robust processes and best in class practices through credit, operations, finance and other direct teams. You will work closely with dealers and other channel partners to facilitate business growth supporting sales teams.

Ideal candidate will come with a strong track record of success (over 15 years) working in a leadership role with a large auto finance NBFC or bank with exposure across auto loans, commercial vehicle finance and construction/agriculture equipment finance.
