Head - Auto CAE

RESPONSBILITIES & DUTIES

- The candidate should have 10-15 Years of experience with excellent technical & management skills in Auto or/and Non-Auto CAE Domain

- The candidate should lead, manage and head the complete Auto CAE department which is a profit center economically & disciplinary

- The candidate should be an expertise in full vehicle model building, analysis (using various solvers) & post processing (analyzing the results) - experience in Crash, NVH, Durability, Occupant safety & pedestrian protection analysis is a must

- The candidate should have experience managing multi domain teams

- Should have experience of handling Bigger delivery teams & large clients

- Business – The candidate should achieve business volumes & profitability by ensuring quality & customer delight

- Client Relations – The candidate should maintain excellent client relations to enable repeat business and long term commitment

- The candidate should have cross cultural work experience in multi disciplinary projects with premier overseas clients (major Auto/Non-Auto teams in Germany, Japan, US, UK etc)

- The candidate should also have cross functional exposure to HR & Finance

- Will need to travel extensively both in India & Europe
