Head Audit & Excellence

1. To establish and conduct Audit:

i) Technical processes: To ensure that operations are carried out effectively, at optimal cost and wastages are minimized

ii) Commercial processes: To ensure that operations are carried out effectively, at optimal cost and wastages are minimized

iii) Information Technology processes: To ensure that operations are carried out effectively, at an optimal cost

iv) Standard Operating Procedures: To ensure that operations are carried out effectively, as per SOPs, at optimal cost

v) Legal Compliances: To ensure that the company / senior management is not exposed to unnecessary litigation, damages and penalties.

2 SOPs: To maintain the SOPs up-to-date, maintain version and edit controls and make changes to the SOPs as and when required and get the changes approved.

Candidate profile required:

- Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Civil Engineer, preferably with CIA and CISA certification with 15-18 years of experience.

- Should have relevant experience with other real estate, EPC or infra companies Should have knowledge of SAP & IT processes

- Should have passion for Internal Audit.
