We wish to recruit the following professionals for their operations in North India. 1. Head Audit We are looking to hire Head Audit with one of our leading client in Energy sector. Period of contract : Permanent Location : Corporate Office (with need-based travel/posting to various region). Responsibilities : - Prepare and administer an annual audit plan. - Plan and oversee audits of gaming operations to assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations. - Maintain a comprehensive system for recording all audit plans, work papers, findings, reports, and follow-up audits. - Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan. - Review audit work performed by staff for completion and accuracy. - Prepare and complete detailed audit work for certain audits - Conduct special audits as required by management and issue results. - Recommend revisions and/or additions to policies and procedures in order to improve operations as well as internal controls. - Perform analysis or conduct projects as requested by the Chief Executive Officer. - Respond to ad hoc requests to address control issues on new business processes, policies and procedures, and provide consultative services to management. - Conduct training of new employees. Desired Candidates Profile : - Qualification - CIA or CPA Certificate is required and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in accounting/finance (Full Time) Experience. - Experience - 12 Years post-qualification post-qualification Considerable, demonstrable experience auditing complex Information - Technology environments for compliance with applicable regulations, internal control regimes, development frameworks, and best practices. - Age Limit - Upper age limit is 47 years as on Interview date. - For Interested candidates, the last date of application would be on or before 10th March 2021.
