Job Description:-

1. The Audit Head will be the architect & steward of Company compliance strategy, structure, and processes.

2. As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, the Audit Head will be responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations.

3. The Audit Head has to provide reasonable assurance to Senior Management and the Board of Directors that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements.

4. The Audit Head will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He must also inform the Board of Directors about important issues and operational violations.

Qualification:- Post-Graduation/MBA

Base Location:- Jalandhar
