I.JOB DETAILS

Job Title : ATL Head

Function Marketing Location Hyderabad

Direct Reporting to: Marketing Head Indirect/Matrix Reporting to:

Staff Supervised 2 Matrix Reports: NA

II.JOB PURPOSE

Take care of all the ATL functions of the brand. Coordinate with the agencies.

III.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Brand guideline cohesiveness across all touch-points: Digital/Retail/Communications/Website

- Handling / Negotiating with the creative agencies on timelines, costs, resources

- Making review presentations to the team/manager

- Marketing Communications collaterals like, Catalogs, Flyers, Print/TVC/Outdoor etc

- Increasing the brand understanding quotient of the organization

IV.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Measurable Deliverable - Collateral delivery on time

- Agency/Vendor negotiations / ROI

- Increasing the creative quotient of the brand

- Sale support / Store walk ins / Website visits

- Presentation quality

V. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications MBA from top 25 institutes

Specific experience Corporate experience. Agency + Corporate experience

Overall experience 10 to 12 years
