Head -Ops, ER & TA (Associate Director- India Business) HR & TA Head is to enable effective functioning of Hub operations, amicable ER resolution & Quality hiring for India business I. TA strategy and Manpower planning - Ensuring resource planning and right talent acquisition (recruitment) in the given region for across therapies - Create IB level hiring strategy and roadmap which will give us competitive advantage - Recruitment - sourcing, selection and closing the vacant approved positions with minimum TAT - Accountable to drive : - Quality of Hire - Cost of Hire - Leadership Hiring - Leadership competitive talent mapping - Proactive and Alternative Source of hiring - Ideal profile hiring - TAT - Compliance to the SOP - Manpower allocation and cost & resource management for each cluster & zones as per business plan in alignment with Cluster Partner and Head TA/Hub Ops - Drive manager capability building to improve the right selection ratio by Facilitating ICW / interview capability trainings to the ABMs / RBMS as and when required. - Owner for less than 3months attrition - Talent pool creation - Creation of prospective candidate's pool against Critical roles II. Employee Relations and disciplinary proceedings. - Keep business running smoothly by balancing employee and management relation - Implement policies and procedure. - Resolve workplace conflict - Address employee concern - Advice manager - Conduct enquiry, investigation and disciplinary proceeding on case-to-case basis in line with organizational policy and law of land. - Drafting of disciplinary letters. - Awarding punishment basis principle of natural justice - Counselling and advising sales team. III The role is more of an enabling and driving deliverables through the Hub, ER & TA team which are working on their own priorities. IV Multiple Stake Holder Management inside IB and at Corp HR
