Designation Head of Alliances & Partnerships (AVP/VP)

Reports To Co-founder & COO
Salary Fixed + Variable (as per industry standard)
The co. is a hyper-local platform to manage your daily needs- mostly FMCG & foods on a subscriptions basis. It's a senior level role at the company. This role comes with P&L ownership. The person is supposed to get revenues from brands for promotion on co. app, and work with bank and payment gateway partners for customer offers.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership with reputable brands for promotion on co. app. also with prominent banks and payment gateways for new and repeat customer offers
- Own Co's consumer research lab - help brands in sampling through various Co. channels and consumer feedback
- Alliances with companies who can help build engagement for Co's customers; work with tech team for app/api/PWA integration
- Maintain a healthy pipeline for new alliances & partnership
- Maintain good relationship with existing partners
- Ideation, creation and presentation of a business case for partnership. Forecasting budget and ROI on all partnership opportunities
- Ensure right creative and promotion mix in conjunction with the partner relationship.
- Ensure smooth partner on-boarding in the Company's system
Experience: Total exp - 8-14 yrs
- MBA/ BTech from Tier I colleges, with 3-7 years of experience in alliances & partnerships.
- Owned annual P&L of more than Rs. 10cr in previous experience
- People from e-commerce/ FMCG companies preferred.
- Good understanding and experience working on partnerships with reputable FMCG/FMCD brands
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders inside and outside the company.
- Communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize issues. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
