Title: Head - Talent Acquisition

Designation : Asst. Vice President (AVP)

Reporting To: National Head, HR

Location: NOIDA (Delhi NCR)

Department: HR

CTC : 18 Lakhs to 24 Lakhs per annum

Job Summary:

The primary focus of the role is to ensure that business requirements for suitable human resources are met on a timely manner. The role requires streamlining the complete talent acquisition process, right from sourcing good resumes, taking the candidates through the selection process, ensuring a pleasant candidate experience during the entire process and completing the on-boarding of selected candidates.

Key Tasks:

1. Design and implement the talent acquisition framework for different roles within the organization

2. Assess the talent gap in budgeted versus actual manpower in different functions and develop the talent acquisition plan along with business to ensure that required manpower is available on time

3. Attract superior talent by developing & communicating appropriate recruitment policies, understanding job requirements & framing job descriptions so as to identify the right talent for the stated job profile.

4. Optimize cost of talent acquisition by proper utilization of source mix for hiring

5. Hire, train and build the required expertise and capacity within the talent acquisition team to support the business requirements.

6. Work with business to Identify core issues leading to early life employee attrition and work with business to design process based solution to reduce the early life attrition.

7. Work to improve the overall efficiency of talent acquisition function by automation and deploying right solutions for screening and testing the candidates

Skill Sets:

1. Process-oriented with Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

2. Should possess the charisma to guide and motivate people

Experience:

1. Must have 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role, of which last 2-3 years in the role of Leading the talent acquisition function.

2. Must have to lead a team

3. Must have exposure to hiring for all levels of role in the organization

4. HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking

5. Must have exposure to bulk hiring

Qualifications: MBA in HR from a reputed college, a degree in engineering will be an added advantage
