Job Role:

- Maintain the company's debt recovery team's customer base

- Build, develop, and lead the Debt Recovery team to manage the firm's debt collection service and to represent clients in debt recovery matters, including bulk volume debt recovery and bespoke complicated collection problems for businesses and individuals.

- Manage a customer portfolio while establishing and sustaining new commercial possibilities and taking advantage of opportunities to market the firm's services.

- To maximise collections performance while simultaneously guaranteeing positive client results, communicate directly with clients, third parties, and department colleagues.

- Both internationally and internally, provide technical and strategic advise on debt collection services and methods.
