Job Title : Head - Asset Finance l Leading Financial Services Company

Job Summary :

As the Head for Asset Finance/Lending, you will be responsible for steering the growth and success of the overall EV finance penetration with revenue generation and profitability responsibility.

About the Client :

Our client is a financial services company having services across domestic and international geographies, and have developed various product suits across lending and insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the overall EV finance penetration

- Revenue generation and profitability

- Own and manage the financier relationships and on-board new financiers

- Drive new projects and integration with financing partners and execute internally through the tech and product team

- Overlook the Asset finance operations - both online and offline, Feet On Street manning at Experience Centre's, Invoice and PDD sharing, managing disbursements

- Continuous process improvements and aligning the SOP's with respective financiers

- Responsible for timely resolution of asset finance related escalations (customer and internal)

The successful applicant :

- 10+ years of overall experience in managing PnL (or consulting background) in a fast paced environment.

- 6+ years of experience in Lending space, two wheeler lending experience mandatory.

- B.Tech, MBA from premier institute is preferred.

- Thrives on working in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve business strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

- Product grasp - Capable of taking business metrics, breaking them into investment areas, and leading thought in these areas.
