Key Responsibilities:
Team Building and Leadership:
- Build and lead a cohesive design and architecture team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional growth.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with external Project Architects, Consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Organizeandlead project and design review meetings.
- Resolve issues and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Ensurea dherence to project timelines based on the initial Gantt chart schedule plan.
- Regularly report project progress to the management team.
- Oversee the execution of projects to meet quality standards and client expectations.
Cost Management:
- Maintain project costs in accordance with the initial Bill of Quantities (BOQ) costing.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on cost status and potential deviations.
- Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Customer Customization:
- Collaborate with the CRM team to understand customer customization requests.
- Analyzethefeasibility, cost, and timeline implications of customization.
- Ensureseamless integration of customization into the overall project plan.
Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in MSSuite and MS Project for effective project management.
- Experience in creating and managing Gantt charts.
- Expertise in Autocad and other architectural design software.
Leadership Skills:

Qualifications:
