What are we looking for? :

- An Engineering Graduate / Masters in Architectural as an academic background.

- You should have 10 years+ working experience in design or world class Hotels, real estate commercial projects, and a fine execution strategy mindset.

- We are looking for a candidate who has exposure in designing global level projects.

- Innovative mindset and technology desired to optimize the entire process.

- Good exposure to MEP (Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design.

- Ability to lead the team of professional Engineers, Architects.

- Ability to manage the entire cycle of real estate development process from due diligence, financial modeling, site feasibility, contracting, construction means and methods, operational turnover etc.

- Responsible for implementing global design standards and ensuring adherence to Quality and Standards.

- Good relationship & network with sales team, clients, project team, procurement team for future projects.
