Head - Arbitrage Trading/Quant Trading - High Frequency Trading Desk

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Head - Arbitrage Trading / Quant Trading role in High Frequency Trading Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managerial Responsibilities Manage and groom traders in the Team.

- Functional Responsibilities Generate returns which will beat short term yields by 5-6% through low-risk trading strategies and involve minimal overnight directional or Greeks risk.

- Generate returns on large capital base.

- Liaise with technology team to develop algo trading platform for own strategies.

Job Requirements :

- Experience At least 7 + years experience of arbitrage trading or managing arbitrage trading team.

- Functional Competencies In depth understanding and working knowledge of various low risk trading strategies.

- Behavioral Competencies Curiosity and passion for markets
