We are looking for Head Applications and Project Management for a Housing Finance Company. He/She must have - 15+ years of experience in Project Management, New Application Development, Core Applications Implementation &amp; Application Transition in a Bank or an NBFC covering Retail Assets The position reports into the CTO B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA Role :&nbsp; - Must have experience in requirement gathering &amp; implementing any core lending solution covering LOS, LMS, Collections, CRM. Manage internal team &amp; external vendor partners for the development, deployment &amp; enhancements. - Must have experience of Mobility application development on core lending platform. - Must have deep understanding of Technology Architecture &amp; Technology Infrastructure - Must have experience of developing customer facing digital applications, Operations Support Applications &amp; Credit Scoring/Rule Engine based Applications - Evaluate and identify appropriate core lending application platform (including web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the company's services. - Spearhead the technology team from front by contributing to the methodologies, architecture and development - Identify technology trends which are necessary for success of the business. Maintains up to date knowledge of technology standards and emerging technologies. - Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing. - Develop RFP's, evaluate, finalise vendors/outsourced partners for technology deployment - Build SOP's, Frameworks, Policies, Governance &amp; establish Controls - Knowledge of peripheral applications systems covering HR, Finance will be an added advantage - Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost -effective manner - Develop a comprehensive system &amp; application support structure to ensure that end users needs are always met
