Head - Application - NBFC

- Manage all the applications and softwares to ensure their smooth running and up time.

- Manage and formulate system roadmap, solution design, enterprise architecture to support business vision.

- Expertise in handling large Ramp-ups in the organization for tech projects, worked on transition plans, succession plans for key team members.

- Manage internal stakeholders and vendor partners with effective communication and coordination

- Hands-on experience on Java/Spring/Spring Boot

- Strong technical & domain knowledge of LOS, LMS applications and lending solutions.

- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.

- SAFe, PMP, ITIL Certification, Cloud & Devops certification would be a plus.

- Has managed Technology projects (Lending Domain) end to end i.e. from requirements gathering to Go Live.
