Head - Application Development - IT

- Managing the delivery happening across the portfolio, pro-actively looking at opportunities to transform delivery, P&L management for the portfolio

- Proposes projects for process improvement, technical enhancements, and cost savings efforts

- Assists client in organizational structures for optimum project delivery

- Developing engagement proposals and detailed engagement plans and schedules

- Develop and deliver a strategic technological vision and direction;

- Lead and manage the Software Development to deliver services and products as per the company's requirements.

- Ensure timely error free delivery

- Own and improve the products identified by the organizations

- Engage with the team members and provide necessary directions for the successful delivery of the project

- Continuously scan the technology eco-system to identify new technology and proactively suggest initiatives to business adding value as a true enabler

Candidate Profile :

- Strong understanding of Agile software development cycle

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Should have experience in Manufacturing domain

- should have experience in managing customers in India geography

- The ability to envision and deliver software solutions that meet user needs

- Management of P&L of a business
