Job Description - As the Head of Analytics you will :

- Partner with Stakeholders to develop new business with existing and new clients in Telecom, Media and Entertainment domains

- Provide thought leadership on key trends in the Telecom, Entertainment/Media and analytics

- Guide the team to develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Client Business Problems

- Strong aptitude along with good academic and professional background

- Coach and serve as a role model for Project team members

- Lead creative solution crafting for solving key business problems of leading clients

The Successful Candidate - As a Successful Applicant you need to have :

- Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D. (Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics) from Tier 1 Institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE

- 13+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Pricing Analytics, Big data Analytics, Machine Learning

- Passion for building teams

- Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Clustering.

- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Business Objects

- Excellent verbal and written Communication and Presentation skills

- Self Motivated and dedicated individual with leadership and decision making skills
