Roles & responsibilities

- Lead the analytics team comprising of Analytics Manager, Senior Analyst & Analysts in delivering brilliant work in retail analytics & provide thought leadership & mentoring to the team

- Take ownership of the existing methodologies & processes & make them efficient & standardized

- Develop new statistically robust methodologies & interface with the clients & senior management in deploying them for the clients

- Collaborate with the leadership team to ideate & develop new solution areas

- Client interaction & presentation of analytics capabilities & solutions of peel-works

- Be an active member in VC & board meetings

Requirements

- Self-starter, driven & motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic start up environment

- 10 years of experience in analytics in Retail or CPG

- Experienced in managing teams & taking accountability of team's work

- Strong conceptual understanding of Statistics & analytical methodologies

- Hands on experience in developing & deploying analytical solutions for retailers or brands using forecasting, optimization, regression techniques & segmentations.
