Exp: 15to 20 yrs of experience in business analytics, data analytics/customer/marketing analytics in a large organization.

- Should have worked in a company with multi-divisional, large and complex distribution network

- Sound experience in business analysis skills to translate user requirements into solution

Education: Graduate in Statistics with relevant Masters in Systems/Finance

Job Description:

1. Develop, perform, and manage the analysis of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures

2. Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

3. Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy

4. Develop and maintain financial reports

5. Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analysis

6. Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modeling

7. Understand and incorporate industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions

8. Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform

9. Work with business owners to identify information needs and develop reporting

10. Oversee all aspects of analytics and business intelligence projects

11. Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools, including Hyperion

12. Lead the design and development of analytical projects
