About Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading NBFCs that provide online credit lending solutions. They are looking to hire Head - Analytics to set up their team and streamline their engineering and data sciences practice.

Job Description:

Reporting to the co-founders, some of your major responsibilities will be to:

- Build and manage a team of machine learning professionals

- Develop algorithms to build product that aims at providing digital and hassle free credit to small and medium enterprises that do not have access to formal sources of credit

- Work with product, engineering and other functions to streamline the implementation of the product

- Collaborate with business teams to understand the challenges and come up with innovative solutions to meet their requirements

- Institutionalize the domain knowledge by producing patentable solutions for the organization

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you need to have:

- PhD/MS/M.Tech/B.Tech from Tier 1 institutes

- 12+ years of hands on experience in advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms

- Prior experience in building teams from scratch

- Ability to work in an unstructured environment

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
