WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU-

- Translate data into action and push out meaningful insights across the organization (Marketing, Product and Sales / Partner Success)

- Hiring, motivating, mentoring, and developing team-members to constantly build and evolve analytics practice

- Work and build relationships with key functional areas to identify business opportunities that require advanced analytics solutions and strategic insights.

- Bringing technical, analytical expertise and business experience to recommend innovative solutions with practical applications

- Drives the analytics agenda and leverages his team to execute against it and strong SQL skills to pull data, and has high level comfort in business analytics

- Suggest additional parameters that can be / need to be tracked and build these into the dynamic report

- Trend analysis of traffic - by source / device / browser / geo / platform etc.

- Forecast traffic from channels expected basis the campaigns / marketing efforts and compare the actual to projected traffic

- Develop and communicate goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to reach goals

- Accountable for the overall management of analytic projects, including profitability, timeliness, quality and client value

- Expertise in business analytics as well as advanced analytics and statistical tools

- Creates an environment where data and analytics professionals can develop their skills and grow their careers through taking on increased responsibility and adding value to the organization

APPLY IF YOU HAVE-

- Overall 10-15 years of progressive experience with highly scalable systems and software applications, product management, with minimum 5 years at a leadership level

- Experience in e-commerce organizations specifically USA Product based organization

- Minimum of 4 years working experience in Web analytical platform like Omniture, Google Analytics to Data fuel action

- Ability to layout the Analytics agenda for the organization to drive growth and revenue using a structured approach like the 3-Key Questions.

- Ability to build a data driven culture by mentoring and training analysts; including - Data to Decisions- training for business professional to enable the team to self-serve for 80% of the business questions.

- Ability to understand what the analysts and business professionals need to effectively leverage data and provide that as an input.

- Strong hands-on business analytics and testing skills using Excel or other tools - Analyze reasons for deviation in reports - 3rd Party, GA, Omniture

- Experience in implementation of Omniture on website and mobile applications

- Good experience in Mobile app analytics, Ad hoc analysis & Marketing intelligence to Efficiently analyze, discover and act on your data from a single view

- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Tableau and web analytic tools like Google Analytics and Omniture, SAAS

- Strong background in hypothesis testing - being able to develop hypothesis and test them with careful experiments

- Someone who can do the basics: querying databases and performing statistical analysis

- Building and leveraging APIs for expanded data insights

- Demonstrated Soft Skills: ability to navigate fast-paced culture, a preference to dive in and develop logic out of what may start as ambiguous information; enjoying working with multiple sources of information while staying on top of all the details

- Proven work experience of the ecommerce domain and Analytical ability.

- Ability to manage quality & in-time deliveries for customer requirements and manage client relationship

- Ability to collaborate with a local and virtual team.

- A subject matter expert with a mentorship and eternal problem-solving streaks.
