Job Purpose:
- This role will work closely with BD head to drive data based decision making.
- Will lead the analytics effort across sales, scans, leads, and visit data of Electricians / Retailers / Other influencers.
- He / she will manage a team of 3-4 business analysts to gather insights.
Responsibilities:
- Analytics of Sales and Scans data
- Give actionable insights to sales / IM team to become best in class in tertiary scans, e.g., Flag influencers at risk of drop-off / downtrading.
- Track metrics for new schemes / initiatives for influencers and report effectiveness and derive insights for improving future schemes.
- Help become identify process /data gaps to become gold standard for traceability.
- Lead management data analytics and insights
- Analyse payment redemption data to flag Influencers with Payment issues
- Track and report insights for IM Team members on key metrics, KRAs and KPIs aligned as part of AOP.
Requirements:
Education - Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM) in Data Analytics (preferred) from reputed institutions
5+ years in data analysis roles with consumer durables / FMEG companies
Skills:
- Excellent expertise in data analysis, statistical analysis, data modeling. Proficiency in using analytical tools within Excel and ability to work with large databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create meaningful dashboards, and visual representations of data.
- High level of communication ability and presentation skills to present complex data / insight to key stakeholders
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
