Head - Analytics - FMCG

a. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance.

b. Drive data science programs including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI, to uncover valuable insights from data.

c. Strong proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical techniques. Champion effective data visualization practices, ensuring the delivery of insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.

d. Experience in implementation of Enterprise Data Lake, BI Programs, Data Science projects

e. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure landscape (ADF, ADLS Gen2, Modelling) and Power BI

f. Hands-on with analysis, coding, and execution, in addition to managing contractors as necessary.

g. Programming background in R, Python, and SQL

h. Experience in IT service management

i. Experience in vendor management

j. 6-8 years of IT business partnering experience

k. Good FMCG business process understanding.
