Head - Analytics & BI Business Unit

For one of our large clients, we are looking for someone who can head their Analytics & BI business unit.

Minimum 18+ years of experience in

- P&L management with very good understanding of key levers

- Building & leading large teams

- Collaborating with US & Europe based customers and teams

- Worked on onsite-offshore model

- Hiring and coaching teams

- Relentless customer focus and delivery excellence

- Ability to win deals with good presales & solution's experience

- Knowledge of Data Modeling, ETL, Master Data Management, Big Data,Tableau, Qlik, Hadoop, Splunk, Microsoft BI will be preferred

- Excellent Leadership & communication skills

- Experience in designing solutions for the customers

- Excellent in Planning, organizing and Time Management

- A person who can lead from the front

- More than 30% travelling

- Engineer from premium Inst

- MBA will be preferred
