Job Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of Actionable Analytics Program in close coordination with the functional stakeholders

2. Getting sponsorship from leadership and senior management on specific analytics initiatives and report progress on a regular basis

3. Cross-functional leadership for driving business intervention with various teams incl. IT. Digital, Marketing and respective stakeholders to establish processes and manage development of technology infrastructure and support end-to end journeys to drive analytics program

4. Validate statistical models, implementation and actionable and improve efficacy and efficiency of analytics program

5. Revenue enhancement initiatives - Drive Analytics driven customer acquisition campaigns incl. proprietary channel and for partners incl digital lead scoring model. Increasing cross-sell / upsell by Leveraging Analytics for Marketing (Upsell/ Cross-sell) of health insurance to increase conversion rates

Profile Requirements:

1. 10-12 years of experience of managing a team of data scientists, data analyst, business analyst and business analyst

2. Familiarity with a few of the ML / DL tools like Python, R, SAS, AWS, Azure ML etc

3. In-depth understanding of few of the statistical techniques commonly used

4. Experience in delivering business results by leveraging data science

5. Good understanding of technology and digital areas incl. API, cloud is preferable
