Head of Analytics

- Minimum 10+ Years of experience with large banks, NBFCs or equivalent financial institutions in leading analytical roles with hands-on experience of handling large sets of data

- Exposure to building and deploying machine learning & deep Learning models in production. 5+ years of experience in data management technology

- Very strong fundamentals of machine learning and statistical concepts and hands on knowledge on tools like Python, R, querying language and visualization tools

- Experience of managing analytics team, leading ideation and design discussion for the models

- Knowledge of working on cloud technologies and using MLOps

- Experience in building or managing the Decision Sciences vertical of a lending financial institution - Bank, NBFC or Fintech.

- Creates analytics road-map, prioritizes use cases, collaborates with business & IT, manages analytics team& incubates new ideas

- Help build large scale analytical models such as supervised & unsupervised models across customer underwriting, collections and acquisition use case families for lending and for financial products such as personalloan, business loan and housing loans
