Our Client, A leading and profitable FINTECH organisation wishes to strengthen their reporting and analytics function: - To support the complexities which accompany rapid growth of business - Setup a Reporting and Analytics function which helps business to review and track their KRA- s : - To have a proactive function to catch early signals for remediation - To continuously identify business-impacting data points which AI+DS team can continue to analyze, share inputs with business for necessary action. Business Overlaps: - This function will act as service provider to Growth, Credit underwriting Operations, Pre-Sales and Collections - Individual shall work with different stakeholders in understanding their business deliverables, evaluating reporting mechanism and redesigning it to make it future ready - Team will be directly aligned to CEO and is expected to work in tandem with various units across locations Purpose &amp; Objective of the Role: - For organization, build and communicate analytics strategy to assist as data driven enterprise For internal customers (user departments): - Create templates and dashboards to display data analysis results and ensure that dashboards of different divisions are in syncs from data input standpoint and building overall business strategy - Advise and support business to enhance performance and create new opportunities by using data sources - Leverage data to understand business, deploy analytical tools to interpret data, identify trends, translate analysis into recommendations to improve effectiveness and support business objectives. - Collaborate with process owners and product team to create blueprint of future ready business processes - Managing customer's lifecycle, risk profiling, upselling and cross selling strategies - Institute internal early warning signal - Integrate performance measurement and reporting models Individual: - Should have domain knowledge of Banking Industry with specific focus on lending Preference with consumer retail lending - Deep knowledge of statistics and econometric tools - Should have a flair of consulting - Should come from strong engineering background with understanding of banking processes,integrated CRM | Technology Platforms and analytical tools
