Job Title: Analytics Head

Reports to: The CEO

Purpose of the position:

To hire a senior Analytics person for running our mobile app(#fame app) and content analytics. The #fame app is a complete tech product. . With the app now live, there is tons of analytics data coming - from installs active users to usage data like views, likes, screens people clicked on, watch time etc. Hence, all the key decisions related to content, talent management, marketing will be driven by Analytics.

Job Responsibility:

- The person will be required to be hands on with mining insights from various analytics tools, sources. She/he will have to identify trends, user behavior and help in the decision making on a day to day basis.

- Discover new paths for growth of our app through rigorous analysis of consumer data.

- Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with the input from internal stakeholders.

- Design and build high performing predictive models like a data scientist to substantially improve and continuously optimize new user acquisition, existing user engagement and revenue generation.

- Perform rigorous model evaluation, design hypothesis tests, oversee test execution and result evaluation

- Communicate complex analyses in a clear and actionable manner

Experience and Qualification:

- Ph.D. or Master's degree from any tier one institute in Statistics or other equivalent.

- Minimum 7+ years of years of experience building and implementing complex models in a fast-paced corporate environment

- People management experience a plus.

- Experience with database management, dashboard development, simulator development and data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

- Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills
