1. Analyse overall portfolio to ensure fund is well balanced.

2. Based upon overall portfolio, analyse VC funds by looking at risk vs. reward, track record of GPs in the funds, overall fund performance, vintage and how well that fund will fit in overall portfolio.

3. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of industry, sector, and the investment opportunity.

4. Identify co-investment or new opportunities to invest in promising start-ups which have a strategic alignment with the bigger group.

5. Chaperone the process of conducting due diligence (business, legal and financial) with various stakeholders both internal and external.

6. Prepare investment notes and ensure that all points of view are recorded and proper sign-offs happen when investing.

7. Developing and maintaining business relationships with all portfolio companies at a working and senior management level.

9. Track individual funds along with their portfolio companies to see where they could fit in Group businesses in a symbiotic fashion.
