As Alliance & Partner Engagement Head, you will:
- Responsible for leading partner & alliances engagement and create growth strategies
- Actively expand our ecosystem, by 3X, and build tech collaborations
- Increase market visibility and maintain the company as most preferred partner
- Work closely with sales for acquiring businesses and expanding footprints
Must have skills:
- Existing relationship in the partner community, across GSIs, B4s and Tier2
- Prior understanding of IT product sales process
- Ability to lead a function while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership traits and a strong team player, believes in 'leading' and not just 'managing'
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of business P&Ls and large deal structuring
Good to have skills:
- Industry experience in BFSI, Enterprises and Govt.
- Existing relationships at CxO level, within the mentioned sectors
- Experience with localization, Experience in voice or translation tech (Nice to Have)
