- To lead Retail Sale business of a Food Company - Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets - all India - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in Retail Segment - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, Dealer/ Distributor Relations - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Requirements : - Must have worked extensively at least in North & West India during the sales career, - Exposure to all India retail markets will however be preferred - Must have Previous experience of Food Company - Must be full time MBA from a good business School
