Head - Algo Trading - Capital Markets - BFS

Job Purpose :

- We are building a new team within its PCG (Private Client Group, ie High Network Individuals) business.

- They are looking for a seasoned leader who can set up algo trading for their CPG clients.

- Candidate must have sound understanding of algo trading space and should be capable of build and driving algo trading business.

Key deliverables :

- Build the IT Infra as well as team for servicing Algo clients

- Develop Algo strategies (technical algos / execution algos etc)

- Grow algo trading business by building a strong Algo team and acquiring the right HNI clients.

Note : This assignment does not require coding knowledge.

Qualifications :

- Graduate + Full time MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes

- 15 - 20 Years of capital markets experience including minimum 5 years experience in algo trading domain.
