Company - A leading Tier 1 auto component group (INR.3000 Cr) with multi auto components catering to Global OEM's like Chrysler, GM, VW, etc..

Reportees - 3-4

Experience

- BE/BTech with atleast 12 years experience in driving Exports Sales and Marketing of auto components / industrial /engineering products with good knowledge of US, UK and EUROPE Market

- Should have demonstrated success in developing new business/ new segments and Geographies

- Proven ability to maintain and build successful customer relationship

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy, plan for exports vertical in alighment to the divisional business plan

- Drive achievement of sales target across customer accounts and Geographies

- Liaise with key customers and ensure sales delivery as per business plan

- Responsible for generating new business from new customers

- Colloborate for new product development process for overseas customers

- Responsible for managing the Exports sales and marketing team
