Job Profile - Implement and monitor regulatory requirements including guidelines, regulations, circulars, notifications from IRDAI within timeline - Reply to queries, clarifications and other data/ information sought by the regulatory body - Monitor, review and update anti-money laundering policy &amp; framework and ensure compliance with AML guidelines and circulars - Coordinate for and deliver AML trainings - Manage and ensure timely and accurate compliance with all periodic regulatory submissions - Ensure timely submission of reports on the regulator's portal - Prepare and vet agreements - Prepare notices and replies to notices - Prepare &amp; lodge police complaints wherever necessary - Provide solutions on legal aspects to enable ethical business environment - Assist all stakeholders to interpret regulations &amp; guidelines and regulatory instructions - Keep all stakeholders updated with regulatory issuances and implement changes on time - Ensure regulatory lapses do not result in financial loss to or violation by the company - Ensure no negative observations from the regulator - Provide regulatory opinion wherever required - Creating compliance awareness amongst all stakeholders - Participating in cross-functional roles for the better understanding of business.
