Head - Agency Channel/Sales HR - BFSI (14-21 yrs)

Looking for a Senior HR leader

Reporting to the Head of Distribution HR, the incumbent will be Head of HR for Agency Channel comprising 4000 employees The incumbent will work directly with Agency Channel Leadership drive and own world class HR Agenda and deliver best practices and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR function.

S/he will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining a team of competent employees, creating a high performance and positive work culture.

The incumbent will work in partnership with Agency Head to provide specialist coaching, support & influence that enables key Business deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Representation in Agency Leadership Team

- Positively influence business heads that they are aligned to the people agenda and also ensure people strategy dovetails with the business strategy

HR Strategy for Agency Channel

- Conceptualize and deploy HR strategy for the Agency Channel to support Agency Channel Business Plans

- Develop and deploy an effective Manpower Plan

- Ensure quality of hire

- Ensure key Talent Retention

- Conceptualize and deploy Employee Engagement Initiatives

Organizational Design

- Assist Agency Channel leadership to determine and deploy the most effective organisational structure addressing business requirements

- Track to Budget vs. actual and contribute to Productivity and Cost effectiveness

Talent Management and Development for Agency Channel employees

- Operationalize OTR(Organization Talent Review) for the Agency Channel

- Create and execute the succession plan for key roles

- Engage and develop Best bets

- Effective execution of MDR (Management Development Review) framework

- Enable training and development of all employees (TNA, delivery and feedback)

- Promote internal mobility

- Promote gender diversity

Build Organization Culture and Reinforce Values

- Institutionalize Organizational Values in employees and processes

- Embed effective implementation of Rewards framework, including customer centricity

- Leverage employee engagement outcomes to build organization culture

- Ensure unbiased and complete investigation procedures, and compliance with the policy and process, and closure of issues reported

Desired qualification and experience

- Master of Business Administration or Equivalent Degree with 15+ years of experience in relevant field

- Exposure to retail sales HR environment within BFSI preferred

- Should have managed a region with proven team management skills
