KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Identifying the market potential and develop long term &amp; short term business plan for the region 2) Analyze, prepare &amp; maintain budget for the region 3) Strategic planning and management on inflow of vehicles 4) Marketing management focusing on customer, brand &amp; customer satisfaction 5) Setting revenue targets annually, quarterly &amp; monthly basis and take appropriate initiatives to achieve the target in par with the expenses 6) Standardize process &amp; procedures inorder to setup service operations and smooth functioning in the region 7) Guide and direct infrastructure development projects in the region 8) Review &amp; validate root cause analysis and propose effective solutions inorder to retain customers and repeat business 9) Estimate and recruit man power requirement as per the market and business scenario 10) Attaining market leadership by providing after-sales service over the product lifecycle in the region Knowledge &amp; Skills : 1) In-depth understanding &amp; Technical expertise of automobile after-sales function (passenger car) 2) Planning &amp; Strategic Orientation 3) Customer Satisfaction Management 4) Change Management 5) People Management - Engineering + MBA (preferable); - 15-20 years in After sales service experience with at least 5 years in a senior position (such as Country Head in a large distributor or multibrand dealer network) preferably in Gulf market with passenger car segment - Arabic speaking with Iraq based or Iraq market knowledge candidates will be preferred or atleast with GCC market knowledge candidate. - Open for any nationality
