 The Head- After sales will be responsible to drive the entire business for the divison with a large team reporting to him.

- Our client is a German MNC specialising in the capital equipment industry. They are headqurtered in Mumbai and are a well established brand globally as well as in India.

Job Description :

- Manage and lead the After-Sales team

- Formulate and execute strategy to improve customer satisfaction index.

- Formulate and execute strategy to achieve After-sales targets on Services and Spare Parts.

- Develop Sales forecast for business

- Pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations with regard to After-Sales Business.

Profile :

- Candidate should have experience in the after sales market

- Candidate should be from the industries like construction equipment, earth moving equipment, capital equipments or any other related industry

- Should have managed a large team

- Should have 2 to 5 years experience in the service industry as well
