- Develop high impact business value in revenue, cost and customer experience terms utilising advanced statistical procedures, models and techniques. - Develop and implement analytical methodologies, processes, and technological solutions that integrate diverse information to generate strong performing event prediction and classification models and generate analytical insights - Stimulate analytical thought leadership through moving the organisation forward to be more effectual to use analytics. - Build smart acquisition, credit, fraud and collection model using Machine learning to bring down acquisition, credit, collection, operation and fraud cost - Build and implement AI approach to continuously screen internal portfolio for action triggers. E.g increase in cross sell propensity, early warning indicators, - Interface with the business to understand the business problem and position appropriate analytical solutions and provide timely update and/or solutions - Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to team of analyst/data scientist-ensure timely training and skill up gradation - Manage team project's portfolio on basis of priority as well as resources. - Provide on time and related feedback both formal as well as informal. - Manage a team of upto 10 analysts
