Key Responsibilities : - Strategic Planning for brand promotion, outreach and admissions - Plan and manage admissions and revenue targets and marketing budget - Align efforts and engagement with faculty and academic team to ensure cohesive strategy and collaborative execution. - Plan for leads generation through various channels and monitor the performance - Forge strategic alliances for brand promotion and outreach - Source data, manage and monitor the performance of counselors. Tele-callers, and lead management system to deliver the end objectives - Manage and monitor social media presence, email and SMS marketing campaigns - Participate in various college fairs and organizing information sessions and seminars for prospect generation - Plan and implement marketing activities through outreach in schools and colleges to ensure strong presence and visibility leading to admission - Lead, guide and motivate the admissions team - Plan and lead communication design, website development, graphic design, media planning and advertising, develop and manage vendors to create and publish marketing collateral. - Lead media relations and PR to ensure quality coverage in target vehicles in print and online.
