Frequent job changes will not be entertained Desired Skills: - We are looking for candidate who is more focussed on getting Admissions done for multiple programs rather than more in marketing. - The candidate should have 12-18 years of experience in end-to-end process and stakeholder management related to university admissions with education background - Masters (or beyond). - Candidate should have experience of managing a team of admission managers and support staff. - Candidate should have rich experience managing external stakeholders like publishers, consultants (agents), CRM vendors, etc. - Preferable to have candidates with knowledge and past experience in Digital Marketing (including lead generation through Google ads, FB/IG, look-alike marketing, etc.) - Oversees a department and has strong planning, time management, and organizational skills Extensive experience in education or admissions. - Understanding of statistics, admissions requirements and procedures, school funding, and financial aid application processes. - Works diligently and multitasks during a fast-paced applicant review season. - Experience with specific University's may be a major plus. - Ability to analyse and interpret information. - Knowledge of marketing channels. - Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal & written) Responsibilities: - Candidate is expected to take ownership of end-to-end lead-generation and conversion to admissions for university, conduct outreach efforts for the same. - Candidate will be managing a team of 6-10 members handling various workstreams and markets pertaining to admissions outreach efforts. - Expected to liaise with several stakeholders like external consultants, publishers, etc. while they will report directly to Campus Director and VC of university. - Responsible for the delivery and development of a highly effective admissions for engineering, management and applicant service function, one that is responsive to the evolving needs of identified target audiences and grounded in the principles of customer service excellence of SPSU. - Builds strategies for reaching a large pool of applicants for the mentioned disciplines. - Oversees the admissions department. - Increase the number of recruited students as per the University's strategic aims and targets. - Monitor and evaluate performance against agreed targets. - Monitor market trends and identify new recruitment markets and channels. - Develop and manage quality education agents to generate target income in identified markets. - Provide strategic and inspirational leadership to the team and broader departments encouraging creativity, innovation, and positive teamwork. - Ensure the admissions & financial aid processes are efficient, positive. - Provide input into strategic planning & budget. - Provide an exceptional working environment through which admission team will thrive based on supportive relationships & culture of appreciation. - Protect the reputation of the university at all the times by maintaining confidentiality & professionalism. - Any other responsibilities by management for the growth of the University.
