Head - Admissions Consulting - Education

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development/Training:

- Develop and implement activity calendar for Admissions Expertise Series

- Develop content to showcase expertise including presentations for consulting products, school expertise, specific components of application process e.g. essay writing etc.

- Conduct webinars, training for wider organization, students etc.

- Lead participation in school fairs/events and convey expertise

- Mock sessions with students

- Guide consultants throughout consulting process

Success Measurement

- Continuously update success database and share with CBO and region partners

- Lead creation and sharing of success newsletter

Support Business Growth:

- Liaise with regions and centres to drum up awareness and enrollment of consulting products

- Suggest growth strategies to drive consulting business - standalone consulting and comprehensive products for MS and MBA

- Support region/centres on pre-enrolled enquiries pan India - profile assessment, school options, plan of action followed by the enrolment process

- Through team, drive conversion of leads generated via marketing campaigns

Process and Compliance:

- Ensure implementation of and compliance with the Admissions Consulting process for each team member (consultant) - GIF, CI, CAP etc.

- Track student progress through each of the 4 stages of consulting process

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor team of experienced consultants

- Assess the quality of counselling for each consultant and improve knowledge base of team members

Alliances:

- Lead alliances development and foster relationships/partnerships with foreign universities. Help in pitching presentations to such schools

- Support development of tie-ups with local colleges who will serve as student feeder

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proficiency in written and spoken English

- High drive for results and persistence in getting work done

- Work experience preferably in international education counselling. Candidate should be aware of:

- Pattern of GMAT / GRE / TOEFL / IELTS

- Education Systems in the UK / USA / Germany / France / Canada / Australia

- Application Process in the UK / USA / Germany / France / Canada / Australia

- Candidates with international/premier education will be preferred
